"Clean room with all amenities, staff super friendly, area is quite but close to the river for nice walk, a bit of a walk to metro station but once there you connect with many spots!"

"Almost like a ryokan. You will be walking on tatami mats throughout the hotel from check in to the room. The public onsen was clean and very relaxing. Breakfast buffet had many options, including tempura and chiraishi bowls. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating for English speakers. Would stay this chain when I revisit Japan in future"

"I stayed in 7 different hotels during my 5 week Asia trip and this would probably rank at 1 or 2. I stayed in the standard twin room (23SQM). The finishes and decor was top notch, and that washroom was so nice. Clean, sleak and had an amazing shower. My 5yr old said he loved the shower. Check in and out took maybe 5 mins each. Staff helped with luggage delivery to our next hotel. Size wise, I would say with 3 ppl and 5 luggages it did make our room a bit cramped. For Japan standards though it was better than our hotel in Tokyo.
Location wise, there's a convenience store, bakery and subway station right outside the hotel."
"Imperial surpassed expectations. From the moment you walk in, staff stand ready to assist, with even the smallest request. the family room is simply perfect for a small family of four and the adjoining rooms were so comfortable. floor area was tremendous, for example, in the main room, there was a 2 seater sofa, with a lazy chair and work table, and tv console with luggage area. i could still open up two large Rimowa luggages in the middle of the room and have space to walk around them. the kids also enjoyed their space in their room, with two single beds, and ensuite facilities, and two small tables to get their own things done, together with their own wardrobe closet. there were different breakfast options, of which i tried the Jap-Western on L2 and the Jap one on L24. variety was sufficient but for the L2 fusion, I would have hoped for more fruits, especially the japanese melons and grapes if possible. i would definitely look forward to another stay there.
