"Staff were perfect. Found we were there for a birthday thing and upgraded our room. Room was good Area was great everything is right there pizza beach beer and shops Wonderful board walk to stroll! I would for sure stay again!!!!"

"The hotel staff were very nice, and the breakfast was good. It is located in a scenic area of North Beach and the Outlets are nearby. There was a beautiful view from the bathroom window and the front patio. However, the room itself needs serious updating. The water pressure was low, there was not much hot water, and the shower and the bathroom felt outdated. There was also very little soap provided. "Freeway noise and staff not very friendly as most are not well trained to respect or appreciate their customers more who pay for their income sadly. Otherwise convenient and well maintained. Wish more hanging hooks or closet area for clothes."
