"Exactly what we wanted"

"Unfortunately we arrived on an extremely hot today to be told the air conditioning was not working and there was a fan in our room. The a/c was expected to be fixed the following day but this did not happen and it was out for the 3 nights we were there. The room was really warm and it made for very uncomfortable sleeping. The hotel offered free parking to compensate but this did not feel proportionate given the impact on the experience. The location was great for the variety of restaurants and...
