"Found feces floating in the pool from a toddler and parent who left the pool before us. Reported this to the front desk and lady was rude. Provided solution was “don’t you have a car? Can’t you go to the sister hotel and use their pool?” Was implied I would just walk in swimsuits with my kids on the sidewalk in the rain and 43 degree weather? Then rudely suggested I drive. "I have stayed at this hotel a few times and really enjoy it. The price, views and staff are all excellent. I usually travel to TC during the fall or spring, not sure if that makes a difference but I will continue to book at this hotel for future travel up north!"
