"Communication leading up to check-in was terrible. I didn't receive check-in instructions until I was on the road heading there. I had to ask more than once. However, once I received them, they were very detailed and easy to follow. There is a massive road construction project happening around the building, so that wasn't great, but it didn't really disturb us."

"It was a good value, the property was large and a good value. They have a strange rule that you can’t use the pool unless you book directly. "The hummingbird cottage was in the perfect location and was great for a weekend stay. Had a little trouble with air conditioning last night there was getting warmer as night went on and we had not touched the thermostat i fiddled around with the nest thermostat for about 20 mins, it finally came back on.
