"I knew we were in trouble when I saw the carpet in the hallway. In the room the floor was sticky. Every step in the room we could hear our shoes peeling off of the floor. The shower was dirty. I had to wear crocs in there. The baseboards were filthy. There were streaks of varying colors on the walls. It had a heavy, sour/sweet weird smoky smell. "There was nothing to like the front desk receptionist wouldn't answer questions. his attitude was atrocious he acted as if the customers was bothering him. If cant stay professional when providing service he shouldn't be there."

"This was our first time in Chicago. My sister and I saw this Best Western as a convenient choice for the Pokemon GO! Fest of 2026. Wow, what a beautiful building! Very safe too. The lot is lit so brightly and is next to a small banquet hall so we weren’t scared about coming back to the room very late. The room was beautiful; comfy sheets, updated TV and nice amenities. The staff were so friendly to us upon check-in and held our bags both at check-in and check-out so we could go explore the city...

"Stayed 5 nights. Only 2 nights I was able to sleep through the night. Night 1, woman yelling in hallway and her kids were running and screaming at 2:30am. Night 2, neighbors and kids were in the hallway talking loud and digging through bags with Styrofoam boxes in them. Night 4, neighbor was in and out of their room ALL NIGHT, they had the latch flipped to prop door open and the door shut hard causing it to bounce off the latch eache time they came in and out. The walls had holes, the pictures and décor looked cheap, and the entire hotel felt run down and in need of major renovations.
