"Positives - fantastic breakfast, very helpful staff Lovely suite… Negatives - £250 security deposit that I didn’t know about so I didn’t plan for. But it’s fine. Was refunded at check out. The hot water in my shower wasn’t hot at all. Lukewarm at the best. Worst thing about the whole hotel experience"

"The room was clean and quirky absolutely loved it, The hotel was quiet, didnt know what to expect but we were never dissapointed at any time. The staff were so friendly and happy to help with anything. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here."

Pre-check in was fine but check in when our rooms were ready was a faff and took longer than it should have as the staff were repeating the steps completed at pre check in. My room was lovely but very noisy so windows are single pane (the hotel is a listed building) but there was what sounded like construction noise outside/nearby all night which...

"First of all the hotel is located near the central area of Manchester, very convenient for Bridgewater Hall where we wanted to be. The staff were the main attraction the hotel had to offer. They were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. This is a boutique style hotel so rooms look good but are a bit quirky.
