"Great hotel with modern spacious and comfortable room. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I think I got a trainee when ordering dinner though as he was a little unsure what to do. This isn't a complaint, I understand that new people need time to learn and it didn't cause me a significant inconvenience, maybe a little more supervision for new staff would be good?. Food was good but not very hot. Breakfast was good with a decent choice of food."

"Perfect location in town, car park short walk away. Hotel bar was lovely. Perfect for what we needed. Walls a bit thin so can hear people in the corridor or next door if they are being loud. But we weren’t spending much time in the hotel other than to sleep so this did not bother us. "

"Fabulous hotel. 5 minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly station and 12 minutes walk to Manchester Apollo. Room was spacious and spotless. Lovely comfy beds. Would definitely stay again."

"The room was great and very spacious and comfortable, and clean. My only gripe was that there was no amplification mirror in the bathroom. I had left mine at home feeling certain there would be one. Staff were all very pleasant and friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great."
