"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. "Nice space, a little work down in the apartments. Sofa so hard, not very comfy. Bed ok. No TV in bedroom. "

"Amazing experience! I guess it’s the first time that actually the hotel photos make justice to the real thing. I would definitely return in my next visit to Manchester. The only thing that need to level up is the variety and a quality of the breakfast menu."

"Everything is good and the only thing dislike is the price became lower on the day of check in hehe. Room is clean; aircon is cool; window able to open for ventilation; fast WiFi; hot shower pressure is stong; toiletries are tamper proof and smells nice; location is near Manchester Piccadilly station; cleaning is well done everyday (remember to hang the cleaning sign on your door before you leave the room); extra towels are available under the sink cabinet. "

The location was great, close to the train station and walkable to everyplace downtown. We had a bit of trouble making the washing machine work properly, but after a google search, found that this particular brand sometimes gets wonky and needs to be reset. "We’ve stayed here 4 times over the last 4 years and always enjoyed it as a great location but it was a shame to see that this year the bar and restaurant was no longer there and one of the lifts was out of service the entire weekend and when you’re on the 6th floor it wasn’t ideal as often the lifts were full so had a long wait. "

"The location right next to the train station was perfect after a long journey. The luggage storage was also very handy, secure and easy to use. They even had a weigh scale available for luggage which was extremely helpful before catching our next flight. "

"The place was in a perfect location right in the centre of the city. Huge apartment for 2 people, amazing modern kitchen and lovely comfy bed. Security was amazing...key fobs to get into the building/access the lift and apartment. Beautifully clean and modern apartment with trendy kitchen/appliances. Great communication with the owner, pretty instant to be honest. Would defo stay again! "

"Staff were great, location is good although quite noisy. Rooms are very very small with lots of opportunity to bump into things. No room for luggage. Bathroom was extremely small and shower was just Ok."

"Great hotel, clean, great service and great breakfast. On the quieter side of town, 5/10 minute walk into Deansgate, Station and multiple bus routes from hotel. Hotel has an Italian restaurant and food was good. There are local bars and restarts I. The near vicinity. Would recommend "
