"Such a great hotel -- loved that it was apartment style with lots of amenities in the unit. We were able to do laundry to minimize the amount of clothing we had to pack, and utilized the kitchen to make tea and have simple breakfasts in the morning. Great location, close to the train station and easy to get around the city. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again."

Pre-check in was fine but check in when our rooms were ready was a faff and took longer than it should have as the staff were repeating the steps completed at pre check in. My room was lovely but very noisy so windows are single pane (the hotel is a listed building) but there was what sounded like construction noise outside/nearby all night which...

Security was amazing...key fobs to get into the building/access the lift and apartment. Beautifully clean and modern apartment with trendy kitchen/appliances. Great communication with the owner, pretty instant to be honest. Would defo stay again! "
