"Positives - fantastic breakfast, very helpful staff Lovely suite… Negatives - £250 security deposit that I didn’t know about so I didn’t plan for. But it’s fine. Was refunded at check out. The hot water in my shower wasn’t hot at all. Lukewarm at the best. Worst thing about the whole hotel experience"

They were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. This is a boutique style hotel so rooms look good but are a bit quirky.
