Hotel Dekat The Finsbury

"Small but reasonably clean room. Location is quite isolated from eateries and a bit further from tube station/s. Very pricy,"

"I can really say everything exceeded my expectations. Going somewhere new you always hope for the best. The staff was nice and helpful with any questions or concerns regarding the room or just seeing the sites. I definitely would stay there again with no problems. Thanks for all your hospitality😁"

"Amazing hotel!! A bit tricky to find as there is not much for signage but the place was beautiful!!! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly!!"

"We had a terrible stay here. We checked in via the kiosk and was given room 3 which ended up being on the basement level. Immediately it smelt like sewer and there was no body wash. We then changed room and the aircon didn’t work. We won’t stay here again or recommend this hotel"

"Greath staff"

"Avoid this hotel. Our room was so noisy that we couldn't sleep due to constant street noise throughout the night. The next morning, we asked to check out early. The hotel agreed, provided we paid for the first night, which I accepted. Despite that agreement, they charged me for the entire stay, including the nights we never used. Since then, they have ignored repeated attempts by both Expedia and me to contact them. They don't answer their phone or respond to messages. Charging a guest for a...

"Generally good hotel_ they should put dressing mirrors in the rooms"

"コストパフォーマンスが優れたホテルでした この価格でロンドン中心までのアクセスを考えると良いと思います。"

"Arrived early to such a friendly welcome. Able to leave our bags before check in. Checked in and bags were already in the room, amazing staff and service. Room was spacious enough, very clean, snacks and drinks provided. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer in room. Television in room. Fan in the room which was a godsend in 30+° heat. Comfortable bed, slept so so well. Such a warm welcome, beautiful building and room. Will definitely book again. Highly recommend. Thank you"

"The room was small but very clean. The bathroom was tiny but the shower water was nice and hot. We had a a TV, a fridge and a kettle. We had milk and cereals too. Which was a really pleasant surprise. The car parking is also a massive bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommend."

"Room was clean and nice, really liked the style. Parking available for £25 which was reasonable for London, staff were a little slow to respond the week before but it didn't cause any problems. Overall I would happily go back, only knocked one star off for the sofa bed which is really not comfortable, hard steel bar digging in and the bed shape is a little banana'd. We ended up just sharing the double"

"I had a really pleasant stay overall. The place was clean, the towels were fresh and in good condition, and everything felt comfortable and well looked after. The only small issue was the bathroom sink, as the water pressure was very low and it didn’t drain properly. Aside from that, I was very happy with the stay. For the price, especially considering how close it is to the Underground, it was great value and I really couldn’t ask for much more."

"Only 2 towals. You must leave 11:00 sharp."

"The room I had was massive considering the hotel is aimed at the budget end of the market. Very good transport links to & from the hotel. Including a tube station about 15 minutes walk. Very good location. There is even a medium sized supermarket about 15 minutes walk away."

"This was what I call a ‘flea bag’ motel. The place was cleaned , but run down. The bed was uncomfortable and an extremely outdated tv. It was noisy from the street, too. I didn’t like the inconsiderate nature of the staff. They were unnecessarily loud in the early morning while doing their work. I won’t stay here ever again."

"We cant really recommend this place, its seedy and in an area without any amenities. Advert is misleading, it is nowhere near Liverpool Street."
