"The hotel is located a 15-minute journey from St. Pancras International, which is a direct underground connection. We were surprised by the lack of a reception desk. We received an email beforehand with instructions on how to access the hotel and our room. This went quite smoothly, and we had no problems. Once inside, we found a neat room.
