The room was very comfortable and clean. London is busy and Finsbury Park is a more congested area so we really appreciated the tranquillity of the Maldron hotel."

"Really pleasant experience. Staff are so friendly. Free drink on check in. Discounted lunch as staying. The lunch was beautiful, best burgers we've eaten. We were in room 6 right at the top of 2 small flights of stairs. Very comfortable, not noisy. Within a short easy walk to the O2 forum and Kentish Town tube station. Would definitely stay here again."

"The room was in the basement of the property and had a shared bathroom. I was not expecting either. From the pictures on the listing I thought I was going to get a room with a bathroom on a regular floor. My reservation was non refundable so I could not cancel it after I paid for it. The house is very clean and the owner was responsive when I expressed my surprise. However, I stayed 9 nights and the situation was not to my liking in that room. The room was very very small."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful and overall the place isn't bad at all for the price. Few issues with the doors being damaged and quite a large gap under them so it was incredibly noisy with other guests coming and going throughout the night."

I went down in person twice and was told both times they’d bring it up to my room and over 2 hours later, I still haven’t received them. A negative answer would have been better than a positive one that was never fulfilled. "
