"We had a triple room for 2 nights. Room was great and plenty large enough for 3 adults, with a kingside bed and a double sofa bed. All were very comfortable. Hotel had a nice atmosphere and staff were great. Special shout out to the lovely doorman who always greeted us with a friendly “good morning/afternoon while holding the door open. Hotel is in a fabulous position right opposite the Savoy where we had afternoon tea. Covent Garden was a few minutes walk away and we also walked to Oxford Street, which took about 25 mins."

"Fantastic location, premises, and amenities including spa and on-site restaurants. Staff was friendly and responsive when needed. Great proximity to several London attractions, restaurants, and local happenings. Concierge team was very helpful in planning excursions and outings. My family and I very much enjoyed our stay."

"The location is excellent, and the staff are very helpful. That said, the room design prioritizes style over function. The bunny chair is cute, but in a small room it serves little purpose. Although the room accommodates two people, only one side of the bed has a nightstand. The bunny chair seems intended as a substitute, but its uneven surface can’t even hold a glass of water. The bathroom has similar issues. The sink is too small and shallow, so water splashes everywhere and the floor stays wet. The shower is separated only by a curtain, which does little to keep the water contained. The hallway is too dark. Lighting Lis the problem. They charge about £15-20 ( don’t remember exactly, but it’s a lot) for store a luggage if you arrive early than check in time. That’s a rubbery! With such a great location, this property could be much better. The overall experience feels like an elevator that almost reaches the top floor but stops one level short—close to being great, yet missing some important practical details."
