"Cleaning staff appear to be a bit hit and miss these days - soap bottle left at sink open and empty as if it was going to be refilled but was forgotten about. No loo roll in the communal loo. Rooms are very hot in summer without aircon."

"Excellent location as we were watching a show at the O2 arena. A piece of history in the middle of high rise buildings. It’s been lovingly restored and maintained with quirky design elements to it. They had great breakfast choices and had a relaxed atmosphere. I love these kinds of places. Just the relaxing weekend my husband needed."

The outside of the hotel looks great but that architectural flair isn’t carried into the interior which is dated, drab and beginning to look worn. The hotel bathroom, even in the deluxe room doesn’t have a stand alone shower and is cramped.
