"Great hotel, loved using the hot tub and pool. The food in the restaurant was fabulous. Breakfast was what you would expect for buffet. Room was clean and good but a bit dated. The front reception desk area is currently under renovation, but was no big deal. I would stay there again."

"It is a brand new hotel, opened mid May 2026. We stayed during the bank holiday weekend. It is greatly connected to the city centre in the modern financial district of Canary Wharf. Very easy to find from the underground stations are they provide are owed signage where to go, where to turn. Room itself was spacious, kitchenette well equipped. Staff was polite and very helpful. We also used late check out which casts £30. Definitely will consider the hotel for our next stay."

"Had a good stay for 1 night, the hotel is perfectly located in the middle of everything in Canary Wharf. However, the rooms are slightly tight for 2 people, anything over 1 night may be quite a squeeze. But still a wonderfully decorated hotel."

"Clean accommodation and convenient location. We arrived 15 mins early and had to wait till exactly 3pm before unlocking - so worth bearing this in mind. The rooms were a good size and having a garden that had direct access to a little kids play park was great for our 4 year old. Bus stops outside make it convenient for getting around. "Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay. Der Check in verlief schon etwas holprig, trotz Absprache das ab 12 Uhr jemand Vorort ist, war niemand da, sodass ich einige Zeit warten musste. Der Besitzer war aber schnell erreichbar und hat sich gekümmert. Das Zimmer an sich ist sehr hellhörig, nicht besonders sauber und abgewohnt. "The stay was very good, the apartment was absolutely gorgeous and spotless. The only problem was probably the checking time being 3pm mid afternoon. but other than that there was no issue."

"Its a shared bathroom and isn’t listed like that, Room 1, the bedding was used and the pillow case had blood on it, the pillows are over worn and just lumpy the walls have mould on them and the second wall is in very poor repair with white paint splashed on over grey paint, the floorboards has big gaps between them, the bathroom has a wrap wound curtain where you can barely stand without the curtains touching you that are also very tired, the doors have big gaps and the windows don’t close...

"The mattress was so old you could see the dents on both sides from people laying there. The pillows were not of a good quality and the night of sleep was poor. The carpet also old and did not appear very clean. Same with the bathmat in the bathroom. There was ground coffee, but the machine was only for capsules and no capsules were provided. "
