"Had a good stay for 1 night, the hotel is perfectly located in the middle of everything in Canary Wharf. However, the rooms are slightly tight for 2 people, anything over 1 night may be quite a squeeze. But still a wonderfully decorated hotel."

"It is a brand new hotel, opened mid May 2026. We stayed during the bank holiday weekend. It is greatly connected to the city centre in the modern financial district of Canary Wharf. Very easy to find from the underground stations are they provide are owed signage where to go, where to turn. Room itself was spacious, kitchenette well equipped. Staff was polite and very helpful. We also used late check out which casts £30. Definitely will consider the hotel for our next stay."

"Camera non pulitissima e servizio giornaliero di pulizia un po’ scadente. Pigiama nn piegato, teiera non lavata, pulizia del lavabo approssimativa. Manca lo scopino per pulire il wc e condividendo la stanza e’ un problema. Colazione ottima e personale molto gentile"

"I had a great stay here when in canary wharf for meetings. Although the hotel is little dated for a 5*, it has an amazing leisure centre access with beautiful riverside pool. The staff were all really attentive and fantastic. Particular shout to Cindy who was super helpful to me on reception. Really appreciate it. "

"Great hotel, loved using the hot tub and pool. The food in the restaurant was fabulous. Breakfast was what you would expect for buffet. Room was clean and good but a bit dated. The front reception desk area is currently under renovation, but was no big deal. I would stay there again."

"Because it was above a restaurant / bar, there was a lot of noise up at least 11 pm and probably beyond (we were exhausted on arrival from NA, so were able to sleep). The next 2 nights the restaurant was closed, but there were doing construction until past midnight with hammering and lots of noise. Not nice. Also, it was impossible to check in early. The hotel portion is above the restaurant / bar that is not open until 3 pm. We didn't realize this, so had to travel around with our suitcases...

"Fijn hotel op een fijne locatie. Dicht in de buurt van zowel bussen als metro's. Ik had een kamer zonder ramen en deze werd aardig warm, zeker omdat de airco stopt wanneer je de kamer verlaat. De kamer was klein, maar fijn (zeker als je alleen reist) en is voorzien van een nette badkamer met zeep. Het enige wat ik miste in de kamer was een waterkoker."

"Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. The photos of the rooms make it look like every room as some outdoor space. Washer dryer supplied was not good quality,...

"Budget friendly stay in London."

"Clean accommodation and convenient location. We arrived 15 mins early and had to wait till exactly 3pm before unlocking - so worth bearing this in mind. The rooms were a good size and having a garden that had direct access to a little kids play park was great for our 4 year old. Bus stops outside make it convenient for getting around. Would stay again if needing somewhere to stay around Greenwich in the future. I was boarded with automated messages direct from the hosts as well as via...
