"The rooms were so clean and nice. The first day we arrived our room was facing a bar which was quite noisy. We went down to the reception and asked for another room, which they switched instantly without any question. The reception staff was honestly so nice and helpful. We absolutely enjoyed our stay, and would 100% come back."

"The room was really large and clean. Lovely bed and bathroom was really nice too. There was only 1 lift working on the Saturday and we were stuck outside in the cold for about 10 minutes as the lift just never came to the dockside level. It was fixed late on the Sunday but this was an issue as we were with elderly parents who struggled with the stairs. Other than this it was a great stay. "
