Hotel Dekat The Broadcaster

"Loved our stay and wished it was longer! We especially loved the attention to detail in the decor and amenities, the clean and spacious room, and the friendly service. Food at the restaurant was excellent."

"We love this hotel. The location for us is great for what we are looking for with easy access to tube if we want to get into central London. The hotel itself is smart, and clean with a great atmosphere. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, and whilst we have only had breakfast - it was very good."

"Limpieza excelente, camas cómodas, baño con regadera excepcional y bastante agua"

"Good value for London. Hotel and rooms maintained to a very good, “fresh” condition. Very helpful and flexible staff. Rooms have good quality equipment and appliances - on the smaller side, but very much in line with London standards."

"Freundliches Personal"

"5th stay this year. 10/10"

"I’ve stayed here on a few occasions and I’m never disappointed. I prefer this hotel over the larger ones that are typically busier and in busier areas. The staff is always accommodating and professional and I’ve never had an experience where I felt uncomfortable. I look forward to staying here again."

"Overall it was good but the actual room was very small to the one that was advertised. Also, when I went the room wasn't even cleaned after the previous guest and I had to wait a while while they cleaned it. But the receptionist offered me a nice Fanta to make up for it. Overall it was good and near the mainstreet."

"Great location. Lovely veranda."

"excellent staff, friendly and very helpful. Rooms are exactly as pictured and described. Loved the Victorian style and ambiance. I definitely would stay here again."

"Aditi at the Front Desk is a rockstar."

"Manager was not helpful with towels. Sign in the room indicated to hang it on your door for service. She told me they didn’t do that here. Why was the door hanger in the room then? Very rude told me I’d have to wait until morning for bath towels so we had to use hand towels for drying after showering!"

"Bett war gut, aber uns zu klein. Frühstück kostet £21,00 pro Person - so viele warme Speisen wie man möchte! Wir können daher zum Essen im Hotel raten. Das Personal, mit denen wir in Kontakt gekommen sind, durch die Bank, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Gerne wieder."

"Our overall experience did not fully meet our expectations for a 4-star hotel. Upon arrival, we found the room poorly cleaned. The floor and living room carpet were visibly dirty, as if they had not been vacuumed. I had to contact reception immediately to request cleaning, although our request was handled promptly. The bedroom was also quite small and cramped, with barely enough space to move around the bed. Additionally, there were no bedside tables or reading lamps on both sides of the...

"Great location and reasonable priced. "
