"Utrolig koselig hotell med fine rom og hyggelige ansatte. Kontinental frokosten var litt dyr og med lite utvalg, men man kunne bestille hva man ville hvis man betalte litt ekstra og det så godt ut. Alternativt finn et koselig bakeri og ta frokosten der! "

"Excellent find, right next door to Shepherds Bush Market train station, across the road from the market and a 3 minute walk from Shepherds Bush Empire (we were attending a gig). The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the reception is manned throughout the night, there is a small bar We would definitely use this hotel again ( I would ask not to be allocated rm1 which backed onto a closed courtyard which housed extractor fans so the towels and our clothes when we left smelt of cooking...

"The reception staff couldn't have been more helpful, accommodating and friendly. Our room was lovely and situated off the courtyard so it was extremely quiet. The room was well laid out with ample room for 2, with a perfect dining nook in the mini Kitchen (which was also very convenient)! The art deco themed decor in the lobby is fabulous. We loved staying there and will definitely book a room there on our next trip to London without a doubt. A big shout out again to the reception staff! A...

"The front office was not the friendliest when i checked in on 5 April and subsequently the next day when i checked on my room status. The hotel is going thru some cost savings measure as it is pretty apparent. Stayed in the hotel every year for the past 4 years and must say this year is the most disappointed"
