"Well, when I booked this Hotel, part of the description for this hotel said Included Free Parking. But when we arrived, I was informed that valet parking was an additional 73.00 per day or I could self-park across the street at Public Parking that I would have to pay on my own...! So I chose to self-park, and today when I checked by CC for any charges, they charged me 73 bucks yesterday when we checked in, and I told them I was going to self-park and not use their parking option...!"

The staff were incredibly patient and kind went above and beyond to help us in all the needs we had to make them comfortable.
