They made sure that we were all set up and then made themselves available if we needed anything (which we did not, but it was comforting to know that they were available). The neighborhood had some people who were 'down on their luck', but the building had security and the entry door was very close access for the taxi, so we always felt secure."

The front desk team was extremely helpful with valet service for our car, using the hotel bicycles and even offering beverages during calls in the lobby. Finally, the room service was impeccable.
