"It’s a alright hotel but for the price you can get a lot better. Having the best address in the city doesn’t makes them the prestige or nicer hotel, it need execution for it. Walked in to my tower suite with a half side was blasted with heat on and other side with AC, one window doesn’t even have a curtain on upon calling them, they sent maintenance and they couldn’t fix and all they did after 30 mins change me to different room which was even worst and collected dust for sometime. "The hotel has maintained a dignified, stately approach to guest services. Requests are considered and the staff try to make your stay as personal as possible. The rooms are beautiful and it is one of, if not the quietest hotels I have stayed in. The layout of rooms keeps the noise at bay."

"We had a wonderful one night stay while we were in Toronto. The hotel is super clean and conveniently located many things that are within walking distance. The valet service was nice and they held our bags and car for awhile longer after check out so we could explore the city more. The staff were lovely and very helpful.
