"The building and decorations are fantastic, the cleaning team wa excellent, the reception team was too cold, I didn't feel welcomed by them. Perhaps was the language barrier. The room we stayed had fried oil and food smell all the time, but it was clean and the A/C was fantastic."

"Located about 20 minutes from the Santa Maria train station in Venice this would be a boat ride .to the hotel . You can either take a private water taxi around € 120 or the public water taxi at a fraction of the fare . Get dropped off at the Murano Mueso station and right there is your Hyatt waiting for you ….:) Nice , clean and AIR CONDITIONED ( difficult to find good AC in Italy) . Get breakfast included in your stay as it’s worth it !!"

"1. Was a solo traveler and enjoyed a very spacious, bright and ultra clean room. Lots of windows for natural lighting. 2. Staff was welcoming, helpful and spoke English. 3. Torre Antica restaurant is attached to the hotel. The food was AMAZING!!! The tuna salad and tuna/onion/olive pizza was out of this world. The restaurant did loose lights right when I was about to order but came back on in 10 min. The wait staff spoke English but are not good at being attentive to customer needs. I enjoyed a meal there on Sunday. 6:30 pm they opened and was busy with customers from other hotels right away. The other customers mostly had reservations. I did not have a reservation as I walked right in from the hotel connection. There are not many vegan nor vegetarian options on the menu. 4. The hotel arranged transportation accommodations for me to the airport. Very easy and efficient. Only 17€ as of this review. If you get a taxi on your own it will cost 22€ as of this review. 5. The facility is a quaint, small hidden gem. 6. The room I enjoyed had all the amenities even a small fridge. No iron. 7. The restaurant is also a bar so you have great options from wines, beer, cocktails and non alcoholic drinks. The bar opens at 5 pm. 8. Overall cost/value for the meal and room was equitable. 9. The hotel is just about 10 min from the hotel. 10. Highly recommend."

"There are not many accommodation options close to Venice Airport, but this place is only a 15-minute walk away and was the most reasonably priced option in the area. Honestly, I would probably choose to stay here again. To review, the room was somewhat small, and it was a little disappointing that the bathroom had no extractor fan, which made ventilation difficult. However, aside from that, the property was very clean and well maintained, making it a good option for a short stay."
