"We loved East Square. The friendliest staff we’ve ever met (thank you to Yu and Hitomi!). We were 4 people and loved that we had our own private bedrooms with a living area as well. Very clean, super close to the metro station and lots of convenience stores, groceries, restaurants nearby if you need. We appreciated the free snacks and coffee in the lobby too :) Highly recommend!"

"This was our 3rd hotel during a 3 week stay on Japan, and while it doesn't have amenities like some other hotels, we found it down right lovely. We were greeted immediately and checked in. The staff informed us that there were no amenities on site (such as a onsen or gym)but there was laundry, vending machines, a microwave and utensils available on the 4th floor. We were provided a complimentary chocolate from the luxury chocolate shop, Nel, that is attached to the hotel as well. Our room...

"Very easy check in and left our bags with the hosts who are super friendly and helpful. When returning for check-in we were notified our bags were already placed in our room. To say the least the quality and staff of the hotel made the stay super enjoyable along with the already amazing views. Last note, highly recommend opting in getting the breakfast option. Super delicious and eliminates the hassle of having to think about where to go early in the day. "

"Our stay at Sakura Cross was very pleasant. Slippers were offered for all guests. The bathrooms were clean. We had five people in our party. The extra toilet (there were two in pur unit) room was really helpful! We can barely hear the prople on the top floor. The kids enjoyed the bunk bed and the general design of the room. Beds were comfortable and clean. Large space to comfortably fit 5 people and 5 luggages. Location: about a 7-10 minute walk to the nearest train station, 2 minute...

"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "
