The hotel and room is very well maintained and clean all the amenities you'll need is included. Our suite was a perfect room size for our family of 5. All of the hotel staff are super friendly, easy going and are fluent in having a great conversation in English. As our first time traveling into Japan, choosing this place was uncertain, but...

"This turned out to be the perfect stay for almost a week in Tokyo. We were three travelers and it was more than adequate space for all of us to stay comfortably. The location was very good too, very close to the station and maybe convenience stores. It was very nice to come back from very crowded areas in Tokyo to a very quiet Nihonbashi. The staff were EXCELLENT. Spoke great English and helped us ship luggage and buy bus passes to the airport. Everything went perfect and I would love to stay...

"Very friendly staff, place was clean. Plenty of amenities available. Wouldn’t even need to pack a toothbrush or soaps, shampoo and conditioner. It’s in a nice area of Tokyo, less hustle and bustle. Close to the Narita Air Terminal Train Station and other train stations. There’s a cute cafe (Caffe Como) around the corner I recommend going too, a lovely Japanese couple that I assume own the shop, always friendly and it’s calm. Definitely would come stay there again if I manage to come back to...

"It is near to the bus terminal where you can board for Haneda or Narita. Very convenient, also near to the subway. It is on a quiet street. The building is very new and clean. The room and furnishings are modern and new. The washing machine is helpful for a family. I would consider it spacious by Tokyo standards. It is a self check in aparthotel, but there are staff around on the premises if you need assistance."

"We loved the mini kitchen and washer/ dryer in our suite. Probably wouldn’t pay extra for the City view next time since many buildings were blocking the view. About 20 minute flat walk from Tokyo Station and only minutes away from the subway. Many restaurants and convenience stores nearby and a few drugstores and markets. Peaceful escape from the other crazy overcrowded areas in Tokyo. Staff communicated well whenever I had any questions and the response was prompt. Definitely would recommend...

"This was a wonderful experience and an excellent place to stay. Koto-Ku was beautiful and had many stores and eateries within walking distance. The location was perfect for allowing one to see, hear, and feel how the locals and native people live on a daily basis. The staff at the hotel were super helpful in helping me navigate the city as a foreigner and tourist. I actually stayed at the hotel twice and each of the rooms offered stunning view of the decadent Tokyo skyline. I highly recommend...
