"I really liked the community around the Hotel. A bit difficult to get transport, but I was offered transport by strangers on several occasions..Thanks to people of Annemasse. "Loved the view from this property overlooking the lake. Would have like air conditioning. A warning to anyone washing their clothes in the on-site laundry. It automatically dispenses soap and even after washing out clothes a few times after it stank of the soap smell very strongly. It gave my wife a headache and eyes watered. We could not believe we could not get that strong soap smell out. My wife almost threw away her clothes that she has washed there. Again don’t use their onsite...

The property is stylish and relatively well positioned within the resort with stairs down to the village centre close by and easy access to slopes. "Took me a while to find the entrance using google maps, otherwise it’s in a great location. Friendly staff speaks bit of English which was really helpful, nice clean room. There was little to no wifi in the room I was based in, but apart from that it was a good experience. "
