"Our stay was perfect and the hotel staff so friendly. The only issue we had was the AC. The machine worked and cold air does come out but the units are not correctly dimensioned for the size of the room. The coldest temp inside the room was 77F. In the middle of the night , during the day that would be higher. Just not ready for 100F+ heat. Otherwise, the staff was very helpful and friendly, great hotel, amazing location ! "The staff was very nice. Our room was advertised as a lake view which looked pretty in the ad. But our view was more that of a holding area for lake water. It definitely was not pretty. The room was right next to the street and the road noise was audible. The AC is locked to go no lower than 23C and it felt warmer. They lent me a fan but it did not work. The room had a bit of an unpleasant smell. Location was great."

"Indoor/outdoor pool looked nice, but only open 10 am to 7 pm, so we missed it. Everything else was great. Very nice team who held our luggage both before checkin and after check out."
