"In general the hotel was OK. Location great. I didn't read the room description correctly and didn't know there wasn't any air-conditioning :( Biggest issue was that the bedroom was colour drenched decor with everything done in dark green/blue. It was like being in a cave with virtually no lighting - couldn't see a thing with the curtain closed or in the evening when the light went. Had to resort to wearing my head torch usually reserved for night hikes."

"Excellent location right on the lake with gorgeous views and an easy walk into Annecy’s Old Town. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Be sure to take advantage of the indoor pool experience. Our only disappointment was the service at La Table, where we ate twice. The restaurant and bar seemed understaffed, resulting in very slow service for both food and drinks. The staff were pleasant, but appeared stretched too thin. We did not try the other on-site restaurants."

"Brand new hotel with nice wellness area. Very close to the lake and the beach. About 2km walk from town. Some staff great, others less especially in the spa area. Beware of the bathing suit dress code in the spa."

"The proximity to the train/bus station and the old town, as well as the lake was super helpful! Everything was within walking distance! We did have some issues with housekeeping the first week. If we didn’t ask for it, the housekeeper wouldn’t clean our room! The second week it was much better. The reception staff were very sweet and helpful and kept apologizing for the inconveniences we suffered. Also, be prepared to carry your suitcases from the 3rd to the 4th floor, the elevator only goes...
