"Tout était extra (emplacement, chambre, spa, repas et cocktails du bar) mais le vrai plus a été l'accueil et toutes les attentions du personnel. Tout est fait pour vous faciliter la vie et vous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Et c'est très réussi !"

"Fantastic hotel in a great location. Room was large and very comfortable. Staff was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. A main issue was that the service at the restaurant was very much sub-par, disorganized and somewhat chaotic. This was not the fault of the servers as they were doing their best to meet the demand and expectations while running around to serve multiple tables. The restaurant and bar just appeared understaffed. This made it difficult to have a relaxing lunch or dinner....

"This is a beautiful hotel, centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The staff were friendly and helpful; the rooms were very clean, and if you are used to larger hotel feels, this is it. The breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again."

"We had a lovely stay at the Campanile. Excellent location for the old town and the station. The staff were lovely, especially the breakfast lady who was so cheerful and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, the only downside was the shower head which was nothing more than a dribble. Get that fixed and it would be a 5 star review."

"Helen, the administrator at customer service desk/lobby was very kind and the most helpful! Everyone at the front desk was very friendly as well. Hotel is right beside the main railway station and the all types of rental car service companies. Location is very good and convenient. The room was very clean and quiet. Pillows and mattresses were all comfortable and clean.Sheets were clean. Somehow, there was no toilet paper for 2 out of the 3 days of stay. Tea and coffee were also missing...

"Property was nice and well maintained. Room was clean! Breakfast was good. The only downside was the location. It was a bit of a distance back to Chamonix as the hotel was closer to Les Houches. Really wasn't too bad of a problem except that the buses stopped fairly early, so we had to manage our time."

"Preis-Leistung sehr gut, saubere Unterkunft, ausreichend Platz im Zimmer. Klimaanlage hat gut gunktioniert. Guter Parkplatz. Das Tor schließt Abends 22 Uhr, man kommt jedoch problemlos durch klingeln rein. Sehr freundliches Personal."

"It is an excellently located hotel. It is extremely tidy and clean. In terms of what can be improved, the rooms are a bit dated in my view but bedding and size of rooms are excellent. The bar could be more atmospheric and less functional, and the gym is extremely basic (less of an issue in a place like Annecy which is a dream for fitness in general). Overall, it’s an excellent choice for Annecy."

"Nice property in a fantastic location. Walkable to everything. Enough space for the 3 of us traveling together and sharing a room. Air conditioning was not working in all of the rooms so some others I traveled with were quite warm. They stored our luggage so we could be out of the room on time but still explore before we needed to get to the train station."

"Staff was very rude. The air conditioner was not working and told them to change the room simple answer was we dont have any other room ok that i can understands but told them to give another room tomorrow answer was we will see. Told them to atleast provide the fan answer we dont have fans and our technician is on holiday for 3days. All we can do is open windows and nothing else. No microwave and no hot water kettle was procias there is no person at the reception and phone in the room. Pathetic...
