I didn't read the room description correctly and didn't know there wasn't any air-conditioning :( Biggest issue was that the bedroom was colour drenched decor with everything done in dark green/blue. It was like being in a cave with virtually no lighting - couldn't see a thing with the curtain closed or in the evening when the light went. Had to resort to wearing my head torch usually reserved for night hikes."

Our only disappointment was the service at La Table, where we ate twice. The restaurant and bar seemed understaffed, resulting in very slow service for both food and drinks. The staff were pleasant, but appeared stretched too thin. We did not try the other on-site restaurants."

"Our room was good for four people with the exception that the upper floor was quite hot and the air conditioning was capped so that it would not go below 21 degrees C. So even though they advertised air conditioning the room never went below room temperature on the lower floor while the upper floor remained a few degrees warmer. "Brand new hotel with nice wellness area. Very close to the lake and the beach. About 2km walk from town. Some staff great, others less especially in the spa area. Beware of the bathing suit dress code in the spa."

"The proximity to the train/bus station and the old town, as well as the lake was super helpful! Everything was within walking distance! We did have some issues with housekeeping the first week. If we didn’t ask for it, the housekeeper wouldn’t clean our room! The second week it was much better. "I would highly recommend this hotel as the price is incredible for the location so close to the station, great air conditioning and very comfortable. You do get what you pay for so important to manage your expectations as there is no coffee facility in room but there is a coffee machine in the lobby and the rooms are small but we were happy with that as spent our days out.
