"Room was outstanding. Beautiful and spacious. Only issue was they simply forgot to clean the room one day. No explanation “just a mistake. “ that shouldn’t happen at that level of a hotel. Otherwise it’s a great property"

"The location of this property was perfect! There was a bike rental place just minutes up the road and the beach with kayak rentals a few minutes walking distance. Old town Annecy was less than a 10 minute walk up the street for us. Plenty of restaurants and sites and shopping all within walking distance. The staff was helpful and friendly and the cleaning service was the best I’ve had in a long time. They did not have a room ready for my son and me when we arrived but they locked up our luggage...

"Comfortable accommodation for a family of four. Great base for exploring Geneva and around (by car), and much cheaper than staying in Switzerland (free flowing movement across border). Supermarkets nearby helpful for self catering."
