"Excellent location right on the lake with gorgeous views and an easy walk into Annecy’s Old Town. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Be sure to take advantage of the indoor pool experience. Our only disappointment was the service at La Table, where we ate twice. The restaurant and bar seemed understaffed, resulting in very slow service for both food and drinks. The staff were pleasant, but appeared stretched too thin. We did not try the other on-site restaurants."

"Our room was good for four people with the exception that the upper floor was quite hot and the air conditioning was capped so that it would not go below 21 degrees C. So even though they advertised air conditioning the room never went below room temperature on the lower floor while the upper floor remained a few degrees warmer. The staff did provide a fan which helped. The metal stairs going to the upper floor were also in an odd location causing my partner to injure his head on them while...

"Brand new hotel with nice wellness area. Very close to the lake and the beach. About 2km walk from town. Some staff great, others less especially in the spa area. Beware of the bathing suit dress code in the spa."

"The proximity to the train/bus station and the old town, as well as the lake was super helpful! Everything was within walking distance! We did have some issues with housekeeping the first week. If we didn’t ask for it, the housekeeper wouldn’t clean our room! The second week it was much better. The reception staff were very sweet and helpful and kept apologizing for the inconveniences we suffered. "The apartment was very spacious, light and comfortable. We did notice the kitchen area wasn't 100% clean, marks on cutlery and cupboards. Not a major and rest of the apartment was very clean.It was very hot when we were there and thankfully the air-conditioning worked well. It is located a bit out of the main city center but very handy metro station so wasn't a real problem for us. I would recommend especially if you want a bit of space."

"I BONKED MY HEAD ON THE ROOM MULTIPLE TIMES!!! It was super ouchy. They should’ve given us the taller room for 6’0 people. There was only a foot section of foam protection, but not on the whole ceiling!"
