"Stayed here for one night in August. Overall, it was easy to get to from the main train station and within walking distance of the main town and many of the main points of interest. One of the first things you notice is just how small the hotel is when you walk through the front door. It almost gives the impression of a tourist excursion booth! We were given a room on the fourth floor, but the receptionist politely explained that the lift only goes as far as the third floor, so we had to walk...

"The air conditioner was controlled and mostly non existent plus the bed was terrible. Other than that great location and nice stay."

"The staff were absolutely fantastic, we had a smooth check in. However the rooms are very misleading from the pictures that were shown on the website. Our was very cramped, the sofa bed was very squeaky and the main bed was extremely hard which did not give a good nights sleep. The room was also quite run down. The positive was the air conditioning was very good. The other downside was that we were right next to the lifts and could hear them moving up and down all night, this was relentless."

"The setting and location are marvelous and outstanding! Love this convent feel and those historical vibes ! So peaceful in the (almost) middle of Lyon! Missing toiletries in the bathroom : would have loved conditionner, vanity and shower cap! Our safe did not work and although we asked for repair at our arrival, it never was repaired."

"We had a great stay at Bikube Lyon. Our suite was spacious and we made use of the kitchen. The supplies provided were basic but enough for breakfast or an easy-to-prepare meal. The location is off the beaten path, in a nice neighborhood, right by the Sans Souci metro. We would definitely stay there again."

"Very Poor Service and Cleanliness Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disappointing experience. The hotel does not have a restaurant or kitchen, which was inconvenient, especially for travellers who expect basic food or dining facilities. The housekeeping service was also very poor. During cleaning, the staff only changed the bedsheets, and towels, without properly sweeping the floor or removing dirt and dust from the room. Left every rubbish behind. The overall cleanliness did not...
