"Excellent location right on the lake with gorgeous views and an easy walk into Annecy’s Old Town. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Be sure to take advantage of the indoor pool experience. Our only disappointment was the service at La Table, where we ate twice. The restaurant and bar seemed understaffed, resulting in very slow service for both food and drinks. The staff were pleasant, but appeared stretched too thin. We did not try the other on-site restaurants."

"The proximity to the train/bus station and the old town, as well as the lake was super helpful! Everything was within walking distance! We did have some issues with housekeeping the first week. If we didn’t ask for it, the housekeeper wouldn’t clean our room! The second week it was much better. The reception staff were very sweet and helpful and kept apologizing for the inconveniences we suffered. Also, be prepared to carry your suitcases from the 3rd to the 4th floor, the elevator only goes...

"Beautiful 3 star hotel. Great customer service . Comfortable clean room . 4 stars because of the need for bit more cleaner bathroom. Shower door is not working properly and grouting needs cleaning. Otherwise I would give 5 stars . Away from the town and no in house restaurent. But can purchase snacks and alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Great breakfast. Close to bus stop and 5 mins to the town. If you need a restaurent its a bit of a walk. If I stay here . Certainly yes"

"The property was charming as it is old and it is in a great location by shops, restaurants etc. we went in a heat wave and had no idea that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, hard to sleep due to heat. We ended up sleeping on the sleeper sofa to try and cool down . There was no good will , no offer of anything due to our issues so I was disappointed with that as air conditioning is important for comfort."
