"Excellent location right on the lake with gorgeous views and an easy walk into Annecy’s Old Town. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Be sure to take advantage of the indoor pool experience. Our only disappointment was the service at La Table, where we ate twice. The restaurant and bar seemed understaffed, resulting in very slow service for both food and drinks. The staff were pleasant, but appeared stretched too thin. We did not try the other on-site restaurants."

"The proximity to the train/bus station and the old town, as well as the lake was super helpful! Everything was within walking distance! We did have some issues with housekeeping the first week. If we didn’t ask for it, the housekeeper wouldn’t clean our room! The second week it was much better. The reception staff were very sweet and helpful and kept apologizing for the inconveniences we suffered. "A really sweet little ski chalet on the edge of Chamonix. We stayed two nights in July, taking a family room for two adults and two teenagers. The hotel was charming but a little basic: the rooms were quite small and the beds were OK but not great. it was perfectly fine for a two day stop-over but I'm glad we weren't there for a long holiday - it was good to get to a more comfortable bed at our next stop.
