This hotel was fantastic. Set on a hill overlooking lake Geneva gives fantastic views of the lake and is especially nice at night. The gentleman that welcomed us was very nice and very helpful with our travel plans the next day. I highly recommend staying here.

The bedrooms are aged and in need of refurbishment. The location and views are lovely and dining hall clean but for the cost of the room I would have expected better quality. The pillow was non existent. We arrived late and reception closes at 11pm and no one appears to be available after this time to allow check in or on site to deal with any issues should they arise.

Room was clean, bed was very hard. The room we stayed in was near the elevator (407) and you could hear it all night pinging when arriving on the floor. The corridor had a lot of echo which transferred into the room. Luckily these noises subsided later in the evening. Towels had stains, which made them off colour. The views from the balcony were stunning!

Disappointing. No dinner, no bar.

Amazing view over lake and vineyards. Room ok. Breakfast ok but many items not replaced when finished. Main problem was arriving on a Saturday and there was a wedding so dining room and bar closed. Only option-take an expensive taxi down to Vevey for dinner. I do not recommend this hotel unless you have a car.

Incredible view

There's no AC and the ventilation pehaps not the best, so the room was a bit stuffy when I checked in. But I had the room with the full view of the lake so I opened the door and after it aired out, it was completely fine. It's the view that makes this hotel worth the stay, everything else is a bit substandard.

A solid hotel in a beautiful location. View of the lake and mountains. Many balconies. Beautiful area in a sleepy village. The place is extremely clean, but a little age is showing and low cost improvements. I am sure this is out of season and hotel is in a maintenance mode so the restaurant was closed.
