Have stayed here several times and the staff are always fantastic and the location is perfect. Would be nice to have more dining options for lunch and dinner as normally the area around Evian can be a little hard on dining options most places shut at times during the day

It is a lovely property in a great location. Two things that could be improved: The carpet in the room was very worn. The wait staff are too quick to remove plates from tables: many times my plate was removed before I had finished my breakfast. And my coffee cup was removed time after time....it was annoying.

Déçue pour un Hilton

Malgré un établissement plutôt situé dans la catégorie haut de gamme , j ai été vraiment déçue par l accueil du personnel , je voyage souvent et c est la première fois que je tombe sur des personnes très peu accueillantes et peu avenantes. De plus , notre chambre n étant encore pas prête malgré l’horaire 15h30, nous nous sommes vus proposés « gratuitement «  un surclassement vers une chambre deluxe mais le lendemain je suis débité d un montant supérieur à la caution alors je n’avais pas autorisé cela et surtout que la personne qui a fait mon Check in n’a jamais mentionné. Après avoir insisté à l accueil j ai finalement été remboursé de cet extra mais j attends toujours le remboursement de ma caution. Bref expérience client vraiment pas top.

부적절한 고객응대와 불쾌감을 주는 객실 청소상태

에비앙이라는 소도시를 너무 좋아해서 무리한 일정 속에 방문하게 되었습니다. 평소 힐튼 브랜드를 애용하는지라 힐튼 에비앙 레 방을 고민도 없이 선택했으며 정문을 들어서 체크인때까지의 인상은 너무나 좋았습니다. 그런데 객실에 들어서니 서비스로 제공되는 생수는 먹다남은 그대로였고 리셉션에 얘기하여 무료로 2병을 더 제공해주는 걸로 잘 정리하였습니다. 하지만 이후가 문제였습니다. 외출하고 돌아오니 제너럴매니져라며 다짜고짜 리셉션 고객응대 사진촬영했으면 지워라, 보여달라더니 없다니깐 사진첩을 확인하고서야 사과하더군요. 너무 불쾌했습니다. 그리고 객실 돌아오니 청소상태가 엉망임을 발견했어요. 욕조에는 벌레가 죽어있고 벽에는 거미줄에 거미, 구석구석 먼지.. 결과적으로 청결하지 않으며 서비스 자세도 엉망이었기에 마지막 여행지에서 저희 기분도 엉망이 되었습니다. 다시는 찾고 싶지 않을 호텔입니다. 힐튼의 명성이 아까워요.

Ich und meine Freundin waren nur 1 Nacht im Hilton...das Hotel war super und sehr nahe dem Ortskern und dem Markt. Am zweiten Tag haben wir dann die Pool Anlage genossen..war alles tiptop, die Getränke und Speisen wurden uns zu den Liegestühlen gebracht.. wir kommen gerne wieder .

Ihan ok

Hei, Huone oli varattu ja maksettu kolmelle hengelle, mutta huoneessa oli vain kaksi juomalasia ja kaksi kuppia. Lisäksi huoneessa oli pölyä sekä pöydillä että lattialla. Parveke oli likainen – siellä oli mm. linnunkakkaa, ja hotellin poistoilmat puhalsivat suoraan parvekkeelle tehden oleskelusta epämiellyttävää. Suihkussa suihkuseinän lasiovi ei sulkeutunut kunnolla, koska saranat olivat löystyneet ja ovi oli vinossa. Oven sulkeminen vaati varovaisuutta, jotta se ei rikkoutuisi. Aamupala oli maistuva ja monipuolinen, mutta ikävää oli, että ulkona syödessä linnut hyökkäsivät ruoan kimppuun heti, jos poistui hetkeksi pöydästä. Samat linnut pääsivät myös sisälle ja kävivät nokkimassa aamupalapöytiä, joista asiakkaat hakivat ruokaa. Kuljetus hotellilta rautatieasemalle oli ilmainen ja erittäin toimiva – siitä erityiskiitos.

Aircondition var i stykker og dryppede vand på gulv hvor tæppet var gennemblødt, fik nyt værelse. Hotellet er noget slidt. Hotel bem conservado, quartos e banheiros amplos, comodidade de acesso ao spa atraves de elevador interno dedicado e exclusivo aos hospedes.Bom restaurante e cafe da manha impecavel. Atendimento extremamente atencioso tanto por parte da recepção como no restaurante e buffet de cafe da manhã. Equipe esta de parabéns.
