"Run down hotel. Cracked walls. Unrefreshend smell to the room. Not worth 1/4 of the $$$ I paid. Getting out of the bathtub was a fall hazard. Shower pressure was low...on the ground floor I wonder what its like on the top floor. Very unpolite and discriminatory frontend staff. Had paid for a quadruple room but was given a lower occupancy room. The only positive thing was the comfy bed and having a roof over one's head."

"Over all not bad. Sofa come beds need to be changed, as not comfortable at all. I told them after 1st night but still not better. We were 4 and 3 of us slept in main bed and that why poor rating. So need to check there beds."

"I don't usually write negative hotel reviews, especially after a one-night stay, but after spending four nights at Broadfield Park Hotel in Rochdale, I feel it's important to share my experience. My husband and I were initially given a room with a very odd layout, where the TV was positioned away from the bed, making it uncomfortable to watch. "Given the age of the property I’d say it’s fairly clean and tidy. Breakfast choices were okay, could do with more selection. The dining menu was not too bad, though was slightly disappointed with the duck dish I had for dinner service. The spa was nice, again it could do with a freshen up look as most items felt well used. Otherwise it’s been a pleasant stay."

"Communication from them was fantastic, they let you know everything you need to do to access the property. Room was lovely and clean. Directions to property were very clear (unless you're an idiot like me who doesn't read them properly!) Had one issue in the early hours of the morning as the room next door was being really noisy but I messaged the property and they sorted it out within about 5 mins. Would happily stay here again."

"Very nice aoartment, overall a lovely convenient place to stay for the arena . Only my personal preference would be cotton bedding and heavier duvet and better quality pillows for the winter also the overhead kitchen cupboards are in need of an update as quite difficult to shut . "What a gem of a place! Beautiful original pub building. Bedroom was spacious and clean. We had a room with a double and a single bed. The double was a bit too hard for us, but the room has everything you need, so can't complain. Breakfast was really impressive and everything was cooked to perfection. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We feel like we've found a gem and will definitely use again when we've got a gig in Manchester."

"Room was clean, no visible parking and noone to ask when returning with the car at 11.30pm. Took 20minutes to check in because the boss wasnt around and he wanted cash until I refused to go to a cash machine. Felt sorry for the lady as it wasnr her fault, just lazy boss. "
