"Room was tired. Chain was completely broken, almost injured myself when I sat on it. Gym is £5 a night which I don’t get why you have to pay if you’re staying in the hotel. Or at least make it a reasonable price otherwise I’d just rather stay in a much nicer hotel for the same price and pay £5 for a day pass at a much better gym."

"Over all not bad. Sofa come beds need to be changed, as not comfortable at all. I told them after 1st night but still not better. We were 4 and 3 of us slept in main bed and that why poor rating. So need to check there beds."

"Room was clean, no visible parking and noone to ask when returning with the car at 11.30pm. Took 20minutes to check in because the boss wasnt around and he wanted cash until I refused to go to a cash machine. Felt sorry for the lady as it wasnr her fault, just lazy boss. "

"Communication from them was fantastic, they let you know everything you need to do to access the property. Room was lovely and clean. Directions to property were very clear (unless you're an idiot like me who doesn't read them properly!) Had one issue in the early hours of the morning as the room next door was being really noisy but I messaged the property and they sorted it out within about 5 mins. Would happily stay here again."

"My daughter and I loved our stay here and would definitely come to stay here again! The staff were very welcoming and friendly when we arrived. They even had our room ready early as we arrived at midday. Even though we were happy to wait in the bar area. The hotel is next to a lovely park and lake. So we went for a walk around the lake while we waited. Our room was lovely and clean too. We were out late after going to a concert. We were able to order ourselves food from their their 24/7 menu....

"Very nice aoartment, overall a lovely convenient place to stay for the arena . Only my personal preference would be cotton bedding and heavier duvet and better quality pillows for the winter also the overhead kitchen cupboards are in need of an update as quite difficult to shut . Great communication though and excellent overall . Would stay again for sure."

"The club room was of good size, clean and well equipped with tea, coffee etc Comfortable stay. Needed a good base to visit my daughter Staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. They were very welcoming and I felt looked after Housekeeping were also excellent, as I didn't need a full room service but clean towels and essentials were replenished without any fuss. You're staff made my stay a really good experience and would stay again when in Manchester The amenities pool and gym (included...

"First of all when entering the hotel bad smells like cooking food no fresh air is not fear the price so expensive for that room I am not happy"

"Given the age of the property I’d say it’s fairly clean and tidy. Breakfast choices were okay, could do with more selection. The dining menu was not too bad, though was slightly disappointed with the duck dish I had for dinner service. The spa was nice, again it could do with a freshen up look as most items felt well used. Otherwise it’s been a pleasant stay."
