"This gem of a little hotel is a best kept secret in Tokyo. Convenient to subways and a nice area with many restaurants. The rooms are large and comfortable. It has a separate library and a laundry room so you can freshen your clothes without spending a fortune. The staff are lovely and very helpful. We have stayed here twice now and will stay again on our next trip. "

"Excellent hotel located near to Keisei skyliner and Ueno station. Room was spacious and bunker bed was my son favourite. They have paid laundry at 2nd floor and free amenities at ground floor for you to take before going to your room. "My friend and I were visiting from Canada and I would say this was probably my favourite hotel stay out of our entire trip. Our hotel was in a quiet area, yet really close to a lot of food places, a 7/11 (which is a travel essential) and multiple train lines. The staff was very accommodating and kind, and I always felt like I was in good hands. We also had breakfast included in our stay and the spread was always varied and delicious. I would definitely stay here again. "
"It is very conveniently located, on top of a five line Metro station. You just walk into the station instead of going out to the street. A bit hard to find the entrance if you arrive by taxi. You also have to realize that the Hotel lobby is on the 22nd floor!"
