"The staff here was very helpful. The room was clean and roomy with a dining area. The in-room laundry was great, but takes time to run a complete cycle. The location is convenient to the Nihombashi underground station, a 7-11, a drug store , and a supermarket. Although it's near Ginza it's a business district, so it's very quiet in the evening. There are a couple of little restaurants nearby including a tempura restaurant that's over a 100 years old, but you have to make reservations well ahead...

"The place is extremely organized. Each guest is assigned a locker for luggage. The rooms/capsules are clean, Free ramen and for breakfast you get a free curry. Toothbrush towels and robes all provided. The building is a bit older and has a faint musky smell which to be honest I didn’t notice anymore after 5 min."

"Small rooms only suitable for solo travelers. If you are 2 , don't consider. But for solo travelers, it's a great hotel, with functional, clean and very quiet rooms. Bedding was comfortable and since the rooms face directly the building next door, there is virtually no noise, so you sleep very well. Location is excellent with direct subway lines to all major Tokyo spots, including the Narita limousine bus station (TCAT). Will come back when traveling solo."

The neighborhood is peaceful yet full of friendly restaurants and local charm. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful.
