"The location is great and the staff are efficient. The cleaning lady was really sweet and helpful and very available. My only complaint is how expensive it is, but that is par for the course in Times Square. They tack on so many extra fees in New York City it’s really outrageous so when you think you are paying a certain amount through Expedia, it turns out to be considerably more by the time you pay all the extra fees.. It’s nice that there is a mini fridge, although the hairdryer did not work...

"Our stay at the Bryant Park Hotel was excellent. The location on the park is wonderful. The hotel itself was very nice with prompt room service and surprisingly spacious rooms. My only low rating was the fitness room, as it is small and has limited equipment."

"Hotel was spotless. Very well located. Very attentive staff throughout! Good size rooms, modern bathroom with great shower. The bedding was very comfortable. All in all great choice to stay in Times Square! The only caveat is the breakfast: the only available option feels like a fast food chain. Other than that, everything was great! "Absolutely ideal location in the theater district. The hotel lobby and the rooms are charming, a little bit funky (in a good way) and don’t have a “chain hotel” vibe. An excellent, non-buffet breakfast was included at a delightful restaurant that is immediately proximate to the lobby. The staff were warm, helpful, receptive, and personable. I would be delighted to stay here again."
