"Auto check-in was very easy and everything worked perfectly. The location is excellent, only a 15-minute walk from the train station and two minutes from the bus 1 stop from the airport. The room was spotless, with a big comfortable bed, plenty of pillows and a lovely modern design. We liked the balcony and the thoughtful details such as free water, coffee and tea. Wi-Fi was fast and there were two TVs. The price is fair for the quality. The only small thing to improve would be using better quality toilet paper, but everything else was truly great."

The location was perfect, right in the middle of Citta Alta so cafes, restaurants and points of interest are all close by. The staff are all very friendly and the rooms are cleaned daily. "Excellent location for airport bus link and onward train journeys from the station across the road. Beautiful city centre with plenty to see and do, eating spots and bars, we were pleasantly surprised how beautiful Bergamo is, an absolute hidden gem of a place. The only concern, which has nothing to do with the hotel, was the scores of men hanging around the stations and surrounding areas. This is not unique to Bergamo but the ideal location is somewhat undermined by the safety concerns, particularly of an evening. That all said I would not think twice about returning to Bergamo. "

"Very beautiful hotel in an historic part of Bergamo. Only negative is the car parking which requires a special pass in advance. Room is spacious, with lots of amenities like a free standing jacuzzi tub and a small sauna. The bar restaurant was also very nice. "

"Delightful hotel - we would happily stay again. Quite centrally located in a nice area (although all of Bergamo seemed very pleasant from what we saw). Spacious bedrooms, reception staff extremely helpful with booking taxis and so on. A welcome drink on the first night was a lovely bonus. We didn't sample the breakfast as there are so many cafes in the city to try, but it looked good. All in all a very pleasant hotel indeed - can't wait to return to Bergamo and the Arli hotel will be high on our list of places to stay. "
