"As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Brad who offered to carry my bags and explained a lot of information about the local area, and said if I needed anything to just let him know. The building is easily accessible from the car park with the use of a key card which allows you to come and go at all hours. "We have been staying at this hotel regularly over the years. It is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are in good condition and have everything in them that you need. The breakfast are good as are the meals in the evening. The hotel is within easy reach of the city centre and a short walk from the lighthouse. "

"Parking was good. On arrival my booking had changed, the staff were more than welcoming and accommodating of my needs and could not have been more helpful. Bed comfortable. Dogs allowed which was a bonus to me. Shower in room but only had a curtain as access and no toilet in room. Room had been changed to accommodate other needs so no complaints. Lovely food in the pub."
