"This is a great hotel, clean, safe, with a wonderful staff. It has basic amenities. If it had a spa and massage services, it would be perfect. The area is a 10-20 minute ride from the main tourist attractions, which costs 15-20 euros by taxi, but there is a solid public transportation option. "

"Clean, comfortable spacious rooms with pleasant staff. Breakfast options were good with fresh made to order specialty coffees. Location was central in Trastevere making it easy to get to places. I would return here if staying in the area again."

"Room is clean and feels pretty new. Also great area since there train literally drops you off at the entrance and a mall nearby. The staff was amazing. I was only here for the night since it was close to the airport and needed a shuttle at 4am, which the associate asked before I got a chance to. She even offered to have breakfast packed for my daughter and I which is above and beyond! Highly recommend. "

"Noisy! Request a room that faces the interior of the hotel, otherwise you'll hear vehicles go by all night long. Additionally, request a room at the top floor or you'll hear conversations, etc. The walls are paper thin. No black out curtains. Staff is extremely accomodating and friendly."

Special thanks to Silvia (or Silva - i didn't quite catch it) who served us lunch for several days and was really welcoming, kind to our kids, and remembered our choices from day to day. The reception staff were fantastic too. Ashamed to say I don't speak much Italian but the language skills of all the staff we met were incredible....
