"Die Zimmerkarten entwerten sich extrem leicht, das passiert bei anderen Hotels viel seltener. Einmal wurden unsere Handtücher mitgenommen, aber keine neuen dagelassen. Ich nehme aber an das war ein Versehen. Ansonsten hatten wir eine super Zeit!"

"I had a wonderful experience here at Boulan south beach ! The room was beautiful ! The amenities , the gifts were all amazing ways to make my stay enjoyable ! I did run into an unpleasant member of staff , when trying to inquire about happy hour i approached the hostess stand where there was a lady standing with her headphones in …as i approached she turned to the side ignoring my presence …then walked away ! After walking back inside to the front desk another guest approached the same women...

It is a historic hotel so rooms need some updating The bed was very comfortable and the pool was over a stage allowing us to enjoy the live music. "Over the last few years my husband and I love to visit Miami every few months. We stay in different hotels each time for fun, some have been great some not so much, however The President was as amazing as all the reviews state. Their photos on the web match what it looks like in real time. Everyone is friendly, the place is spotless and sheik, and the location is perfect. It’s hands down one of our best experiences in Miami by far!!! We will be back!!! "
