"Rooms clean and common areas. Free coffee should run longer in morning. Not a huge fan of the self check in. Seemed impersonal, do want to feel like someone was there and attentive."

"The room they gave us was not very clean or painted. the bathroom fan didn't work and the bathroom window didn't open. It was not a comfortable bed either. One side had a metal bar down the side of the mattress."

"Windows wasn’t soundproof and it was verybut from the team was very helpful. hard to sleep through night also AC was so loud wasn’t very helpful. but from desk team was very helpful."

"The room was TINY but I guess that's to be expected in NYC. The shower water could never regulate and was usually scalding. It was very close to Times Square which was convenient and the staff was very nice. Overall, considering we only slept in the room, it was fine."

"Es gibt nur ein Wort, dass das Artezen Hotel beschreibt: Wow! Wir waren schon in mehrere Hotels in NYC, aber keins war so wie das Artezen. Große Zimmer mit begehbaren Kleiderschrank, ein schönes und großes Badezimmer, unzähliger Stauraum, ein bequemes Bett und jeden Tag frisches Wasser und Kaffee auf dem Zimmer (zwar gegen Bezahlung, aber trotzdem super). Es ist sauber und das Personal ist zuvorkommend und soooooo freundlich. Ich bin ein pingeliger Gast, aber hier gab es nichts zu...

"The SOHO-54 was a perfect headquarters for our weeklong stay in NYC. The location in the heart of SOHO was magical. A few minutes walk in any direction to some of the best restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and shopping in the world. Easy access to the Subway for other NYC adventures. Our room was quaint, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and kind."

"The room was quite dirty - there was pee all over the seat when I arrived, the walls are all heavily scratched and generally it just feels like an old kind of gross feeling room. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable but the rest felt just old and run down overall. Most of the elevators were not working so you also have to wait a long time for the elevators."

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "Stayed here while my daughter was in hospital. Location is good for midtown site seeing. Check in was easy. Staff very nice. Room was large and clean. Water pressure in sink and shower not great but worked with it. It is an older building, so you can hear hallway noise."
