"Wonderful seats poolside to sit and dip your feet. Room was well stocked with coffee and other amenities. Staff was excellent and professional, welcoming and kind. Valet service was top notch! Shout out to Sebastian who we met checking in - responded to all requests with quick dispatch. All hotel staff were so good; I've traveled all over the world and was really impressed with their professionalism from the front desk to the valet, housekeeping - everything! The French Quarter is awesome enough...

"Clean central location "

"It was great distance from bourbon street and the heart of the french quarter. Walked to anywhere we needed to go. Great staff. We were late arriving die to flight and they were accomodating as well as late to leave due to a luggage malfunction. Air conditioner worked well and very clean room and courtyard."

Only comment would be , depending on which direction one was coming from the hotel was not easy to locate and reception was not clearly signposted. However, would definitely stay there again ."

"Great place to stay when in New Orleans. Close to everything we wanted to see. Everything was excellent. The bed was super comfortable after a 5 hour drive from Houston. Nice and quiet area. The plus was I had a balcony! "
