"Customer service stood out for me. I booked a certain room and initially didn’t get it. The lady at reception (didn’t get her name but she worked 1st Nov) ran around the hotel to sort out the room for me straight away. Room was super clean, quiet and stylish. Had the peaceful weekend I was looking for! "

"Check in was very quick and easy. It’s the little touches it was mine and my son’s birthday this weekend and we had a birthday cake, cards, sweets, drink in the room. Lovely. The room was clean and tidy and spacious. We stayed half board. The dinner allowance was very good and the food was amazing. Would definitely stay here again thank you for an amazing stay. "

"The room was spotless but shabby. The hotel are clearly refurbishing the rooms as our friends had a refurbished one. The windows were too fragile to open so the room smelt a bit musty. Food was amazing, staff were really friendly and helpful. Lovely atmosphere."

Both the lady who served me for a wonderfully cooked evening meal on the first night of my stay …. To the lady who served my breakfast on both mornings! "We stayed here for 2 nights and everything was good. All the staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and steam room were good. The gym was probably the biggest one I've seen in a hotel. Plenty of parking available. We slept very well here. Overall a great experience and we'd visit again, but have dinner somewhere else."
