Cari Hotel di Cumbria

"Great property for 3 people. It was well equipped very clean . Location perfect for Hawkeshead for all amenities. Will definitely return."

"We had room 310 it where there are some sort of blowers air con also a fire door is left open and the staff use it come come in and out but the hotel is a great place to stop apart from this"

"The staff were fantastic and despite being warned about building work we needn’t have worried. The food was good both for dinner and breakfast. The spa was especially nice. We were warned it would get busy by the very helpful member of staff but even when busy it was ok. We had a really lovely little break with great views of the lake. All in all worth every penny. Thank you for a wonderful time."

"Very clean room & beautiful building but quite tired and dated in parts. The bar is ridiculously expensive, £36 for 2 gin & tonics is morally wrong! Also the £25 per night parking charge is ridiculous considering the price you pay to stay in the hotel this should just be included. We parked in railrigg car park and paid £19 for 3 days instead. "No SPA was available as was advertised."

"Bit dated"

"Had an overnight stay at Mary Mount Hotel. Staff were so welcoming and friendly throughout stay. Dinner was first class and so well presented. Will definitely book sgain. Thank you."

"I’m very disappointed because this property is simply not accurately advertised. Expedia clearly lists a restaurant, bar/lounge and full-service spa, including massage, and shows spa/sauna facilities. In reality, there is NO restaurant, NO bar and NO full-service spa. Breakfast can be pre-ordered and delivered to your room, but that is not a restaurant. A minibar in...

"Staff on front desk & restaurant were lovely; neither tv in our room worked & when asked housekeeping if anyone could help she got another 2 of her team to come check then neither of them could help us"

"It was too busy on our last morning as we could not have breakfast for the que wait time sadly"

"Nice building but staff are matter of fact! Parking is not good because it is used by the public too."

"We had cabin 1 and it was great. Hot tub, wood, everything was lovely and well thought out. Everything you need was there"

"Lady on reception charming"
