Holiday Inn London - Kensington High St. by IHG

Holiday Inn London - Kensington High St. by IHG

10/10 Excellent
"Great stay, clean and comfortable room, helpful staff. Hot tub was out of order which was a shame, and check-in experience was not the quickest- however the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly so I think it is a process limitation as they got me sorted as quickly as they could. Would definitely recommend for business or leisure as convenient location, great room and overall very positive experience."

The Caesar Hotel

The Caesar Hotel

8/10 Good
"I really enjoyed my stay at the Caesar Hotel, my room was really well designed, clean and had a view over the little park. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, check out was leisurely, 12.00 noon. My only issues were there was very loud building work which started around 8.30am, I wasn't told about this until I arrived. Luckily, I couldn't hear it from my room but on the ground floor it was crazy. The gym was out of order. Not the hotels fault but I hadn't factored in the Notting Hill Carnival which was taking place whilst I was there so the stores etc were closed and the area was uncomfortably busy. Not the fault of the hotel but I'll definitely be checking things like that in the future!"

8/10 Good
"Could hear the bass for the club below till well late into the night and also can hear sirens outside and street activity even tho the room had zero windows. The pillows were comfy as well as matress and duvet but the body wash needed refilling and only drops were coming out. Air con worked great was quite. Staff were nice and helpful but the lobby was always busy so i’m sure they struggled to help everyone."

The Langham, London

The Langham, London

8/10 Good
"Lovely bedroom which was larger than anticipated in central London. Separate shower as well as a bath was great. Room was very well maintained and spotless. Had a good afternoon tea in The Palm Court. All staff were approachable and helpful. Only slight drawback for us was a lack of a central place to sit and chill and get coffee or a snack during the day."
