"Läget på hotellet är bra, det är enkelt att ta sig till och från. Snabbheten i restaurangen är inte den kvickaste, men ändå ok. Det som var tråkigt denna gången (vi brukar bo här i samband med Chelsea Flower Show) var attityden på frukosten. Det tog oss 15minuter att få vår kaffe och de som kom efter oss fick både sina kaffe och omeletter före oss. Vi påtalade detta vid utcheckning och gick till svar att det var ju tråkigt att höra. Inte riktigt vad man väntar sig av ett hotell i denna klass."

"The hotel is really local to everything - we booked a petite room and it was definitely small, but very comfortable. Close to a lot of shops, museums and the royal albert hall. Would definitely visit again."

"We stayed at this new hotel (about 3 months since opening) for 1 night. Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The decor is unique and interesting, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. The room we had was on a side street just off Kensington High Street. The room was quiet and dark. It also had air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The hotel itself is located about a brisk 15-minute walk to the Royal Albert Hall and about 20 minutes to the big museums. All in all, a very pleasant...

"スーパーやコインランドリーも近くにあるので便利だった。ホテルはこじんまりとして建物の古さは感じた。部屋は1階エグゼクティブ（バリアフリータイプ）で広い部屋で清潔感もあり、エアコンもありシャワー、トイレも十分な水量があった。但しバリアフリータイプの部屋なのでシャワー室の床が平面で段差が無いためシャワーを使用するとトイレ部分も含めて床が水浸しとなるのは気になった。一階にコーヒーマシンが設置されており無料で美味しい各種コーヒー、紅茶が自由に飲めるのは良かった。フロントスタッフも親切で感じが良かった。但し、タオル交換をしてもらうため使用済みバスタオルを床に置いて出掛けたが帰ってきてみたらバスタオルがまたそのまま掛けてありタオル交換がされていないのではないかと疑問を感じた。したがってルーム清掃については不満は残ったがそれ以外は概ね満足のいくホテルだった。"

"Wonderful welcoming hotel, staff were great , the room was lovely. Perfect location for the Royal Albert Theatre and just across the road from Kensington Gardens. Quiet Road. The bar staff were knowlegable and even found out how to make my favourite cocktail. All in all a wonderful stay and we will be back. Thank you."

"We had a terrible experience. We and other guests were exposed to toxic chemicals used in a deep cleaning process which was halted by the Borough health authorities. The hotel should have been closed during this cleaning of which we were not advised. We do not recommend this hotel."

"The building is lovely and the garden is such a bonus. We were there for 4 nights . We met a lot of the staff and they were all friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect. Very quiet, safe and peaceful to sleep and walk in. Kensington Palace and gardens a quick 15 minute walk and Hyde Park 5 mins. Bayswater Station is a 4 to 5 min walk, TONS of fun places to eat and or drink within the same five min walk...Tesco Express and other independent shops to pop in to for snacks or fruit, etc....

"Room was well cleaned, Staff were friendly. Breakfast could do with more cooked items. Had a few little issues like noise nuissance, door card not working constantly & water top ups had to be requested, which were all eventually sorted to be fair. Excellent to visit London, not too busy. Everything within walking disctance."
