"The room was great. It’s large with a kitchen and living area with a couch and desk. It was clean. The toilet paper was horrible! Very thin and scratchy. The tissue paper was ok. If you have a big beautiful well equipped studio suite why would there be such cheap toilet paper? The breakfast buffet was ok. I would have preferred regular scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage. "The room was very spacious and had a couch, desk, king sized bed, large dresser, big screen TV, small cabinet outside the bathroom w/sink, area to make coffe and microwave and fridge. Had a nice breakfast area. Staff was very personable and helpful. My only complaint was the showerhead is very high up in the bathroom and difficult for short people to reach. A hand held shower piece would be helpful! Highly recommend!"

"We had a quick stop over to see the Grand Ole Opry and chose Spark for the proximity to the Opry. We were traveling with 10 of us and all of us enjoyed the cafe space for a quick microwave meal. The staff was very helpful with everything. Beds were fantastic. Highly recommend"

"It was so bad after we entered our room, we checked out and went to find another hotel. The room was still dirty with hair all over and a terrible smell, even though the cleaning crew just left. I’ve never been a hotel room that bad. It wasn’t safe for my daughter and wife to stay in. The pictures online didn’t match the room, I felt like I got scammed!!! So sad I lost out on $400!!!"

"The hotel looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. The curtains were ripped, the room stank, the comforters had cigarette burns, the pillow cases had stains on them, the door looked like it had been kicked in. Very bad vibe, I ended up staying someplace else. The front workers were friendly but I wouldn’t recommend staying here."

"The Gallatin is a cool, funky hotel in an up and coming neighborhood. Strong art vibe. Incredible restaurants and vintage thrift nearby as well as grocery stores and CvS/Wallgreens. Easy to get in and out with keypad access. Communication via email and text was timely and helpful. Perfectly situated just a few miles from Downtown Nashville and just far enough away to be out of the fray."

"Clean, super nice & communicative staff, great food, cool vibe. It’s quirky and comfortable. I would say far more geared to adults because it’s small w only a few rooms - I don’t recall seeing kids there, but it’s in a great location in E Nashville, college age & up."
