"Breakfast was fantastic included in my package for 2. Everything was beautiful. 15 min from airport flat $35 fee. No need to rent car the resort is huge. Soundwaves experience a little expensive but mainly for the kids under 14. Adults must accompany kids under 16 but they dont have to pay full orice and sadly they dont tell u that either. I learned from reviews. Silent party Boat ride on premises and they give u earphones and light sticks...cheaper b4 6pm. Still I think a little pricey for a 15 min ride even if u get to keep the glow stick. Waterfall show that can match the Bellagio thats free. Free shuttle to the Opry mall which was also fab that had several Game and escape rooms, food court, shopping stores, Dave & Busters, etc. "

"I got a great deal through hotels.com, so was skeptical this was going to be a dump and it totally wasn’t. Nice, helpful staff, 2 complementary drinks as we checked in. The pool is currently under renovation but the hot tub is working and it’s huge and hot. The rooms are nice, bed is firm but comfortable. My mom wanted to take her pillow home. I agree. Breakfast sucked. But I think they did have a waffle maker. Overall a great stay for the discount I got on it. "

"Room had been cleaned fine but quality of hotel was very disappointing, even for a motel. Breakfast is basic continental. Parking fine but area looks old and dirty. Bed comfortable. Location perfect for visiting Gaylord Opryland. "

"Staff was good but property is very old and not kept well. No towels in the room, bathroom floor was sticky. Had to change room which took a while. I would not be staying there again! "

"The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Gorgeous bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful, fresh, hot and great coffee. Loved the story hour and historical aspect of the home and experience. Will come again"

"Breakfast was just ok. Pool was closed and had algae growing in it. It looks like there is no attempt at fixing it. We stayed three nights and our room was not attended to at all during our stay. We had to ask for clean towels on the third day when our room had not been attended to at all. Check in staff was great. "
