"The location is (as you can easily tell on a map) outside of Nashville so you will be driving/ride-sharing in if Broadway etc is your destination, but it's walkable (20 mins) to the Opry (5-8) to Nashville Palace and some good bars/food options. Hotel is what you'd expect - clean, comfortable and the staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. The free breakfast was excellent. It was quiet at night and felt safe arriving back late at night. All in all a very pleasing stay."

"Staff were friendly and helpful overall. I did request a wake up call twice and did not receive it either time. Room also did not get cleaned in spite of my complaints to host on duty and talking to cleaning lady. I don’t think she spoke or understood English. Bartenders were great. Food was alright, although my ribeye steak was tough and there was no steak sauce."

"The location of the property was fantastic if you're planning to go to the Grand Ole Opry or the outlet mall. There are lots of venues for dining. The breakfast buffet had lots of options which was nice. The front desk was very helpful. My husband is disabled and so they recommended we take the transportation bus over to The Grand Ole Opry.
