"Overall good value for the price. Breakfast was nothing special and the room felt a little run-down but it was sufficient for our trip. Location was better than expected - short walk to subway and Industry City shopping and restaurants."

"Parking did not feel safe. I understand because of the location of the hotel though. Breakfast is good. Staff never smiles, and do not reply to greeting. They all look like they do not want to be at work. Rooms are not the cleanest. Curtains and couch full of stains. Bathroom always look nice though. I will not come back."

"The staff was courteous and helpful. Reminder signs were in the common areas and room to let you know to call or ask for assistance of any kind at no extra cost which was helpful for me to organize my ride to the airport when I was leaving early in the morning."

"We found that one of the sheets was dirty. The sink was backed up, so we fixed it. The TV couldn’t connect to our Netflix account. I only needed to stay one night, but the rooms are not soundproof I could hear a baby crying all night long."
