"Very nice property and stay. Near the locations I needed and about a $50 uber from the airport. The shuttle advertised will take you within three miles of the hotel. Accommodated my early checkin request and answered all my questions before arrival, including that $100 room hold was per day so that there no surprises and my trip went very smoothly."

"Staff were incredible. Clearly undergoing a face lift, but it didn't bother us. It would have been nice for the bar to be open more hours. Also, the eating options weren't as wonderful as was let on in the listing. Breakfast was good but a menu with 4 options, no alcoholic beverages wasn't ideal on a vacation. The dinner availability was only in the bar and again, limited options. However, we will be back because the staff was great, the pool was divine! The lazy river is fantastic! I believe the team there is putting in work to make it a much nicer place long term and intend to follow the process. Rates were excellent and definitely in line with amenities. Paying for parking was the only thing I would truly complain about. Parking should be included, especially with a private parking lot."

"On arrival on the May 30/we we were asked what day we would like our room cleaned. So I told her that June 1 St would work for us. We went out and came back at 4pm and our room was not cleaned . No one showed up for the rest of the evening . So why bother asking when we want our room cleaned? Next day for breakfast I noticed all the bananas were extremely soft and rotten inside. I asked the kitchen staff if I could have some decent bananas and showed her the rotten ones. She goes oh I did not put these and takes all of them and throws them in the garbage. Next she brings out few more from the kitchen which were in the worst shape then the ones she threw out. How can you serve rotten fruit to your guests - extremely disappointed- will never stay there again."
