"I rarely review places but when I do they deserve it! Simonton Court was top notch. We got a good price for the stay. We arrived to find an inviting flower covered, palm lined inviting walkway. They upgraded us to a king size bed, but that was 3rd floor so we chose to stay in our queen on the first floor. The little houses would have been perfect to stay in. Pools were nice, place clean, breakfast nice, hoped for omelets. Located 1 block from Duval St in the center of everything but far enough...

"Staff was very accommodating up on arrival as well as our entire stay. Rooms were very clean (we just Love the old town home) roomy and comfortable. Our deck and balcony was so relaxing especially during our wine time. Pools (3)are well maintained and perfect after the long walks to cool down. Breakfast was always ready and well stocked, love that the choices change threw out the week (pancakes, bacon, sausage, cheese omelet, fresh fruits, juice,breads etc). We were just so close to everything...

"My suite was very spacious and clean. The two air conditioners for the large room worked extremely well and I was comfortable the entire trip. All of the staff I encountered were super nice. I even had a mixup with another, similarly named hotel, and the staff here helped me clear it up right away."
